Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ToneLab.photo (“ToneLab”), a browser-based photo editor by Balköse Studio. By using ToneLab you agree to them.
The service
ToneLab runs in your browser and edits your photos on your device. The free tier is provided as-is at no cost. We may update, improve or change features over time.
Pro purchase
- ToneLab Pro is a one-time purchase of $9 USD — not a subscription. It unlocks additional features (the HSL colour mixer, all 23 presets, full-resolution export and custom saved presets).
- Pro unlocks on the device you buy it on and can be restored on your other devices using your order email or Paddle transaction ID.
- A licence to use Pro is for your personal use. Please don’t resell, redistribute or share your purchase for others to unlock Pro.
Payments, billing & tax (Paddle)
Our order process and payments are conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles the checkout, billing, payment, fraud checks and the collection and remittance of applicable VAT and sales tax. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms.
Refunds
We offer a straightforward refund policy — see our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed through Paddle.
Disclaimer & liability
ToneLab is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Balköse Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data. Because editing happens on your device, keep your own backups of important photos.
